Bleeding at 7 weeks

Hi I've been bleeding and cramping (small amount of cramping) and I'm 7 weeks pregnant. I've read a lot of threads about others with the same issue. I've not had any clotting and it's not filling a pad, just heavy when I wipe. Any advice?

Phone epu unit if they are open. If you think not too bad and can wait until the morning then go for that. Unfortunately going to a&e or out of hours gp won't do anything unless you are in serve pain. Best thing is bed rest and take it easy until you can phone first thing in the morning
