22 weeks- walking 10 mins causes tummy pain, shall I be worried?

Hiya
This is my third baby and but first time experiencing this.

I usually drive to and from work- only a 20 minute walk, or 30 mins if I'm going slow.

I finished work and didn't have the car, I was fine when I left work but half way I had lots of pain in my tummy. Had to stop at a bus stop and wait for the bus to take me just two stops home. I also leaked a little wee during my walk, despite using the toilet right as I left work!
I've never had this problem before and it really freaked me out, so grateful there was a bus stop there otherwise I would have felt very stuck, felt fine after getting home and having a rest.

Having a Google and it's suggesting PGP however pain was in my tummy not pelvis.

Might be worth noting I work/own a cafe, so on my feet/active all day - although not necessarily out for actual walks.

Anybody experienced this? Is it normal? Any advice? It's really worried me

Thanks

Sounds like round ligament pain which is nothing to worry about, but always just phone your midwife if you are worried 😊

I am 33 wks and I spoke to my midwife about this as it feels like Braxton hicks. My belly gets all tight and I have to stop for a little while sometimes. She said it was round ligament pain.

Sounds weird but when I was around 28 wks with my second my actual skin started hurting from being stretched, also my bellybutton! Could be something like this with the walking causing more stretching and movement

I’ve been getting a stitch in my belly from walking. Goes away with a short rest or some proper breathing.

Thank you all for your responses
I've had round ligament pain in early pregnancy usually so I guess I didn't notice it when it's occured in my bump this time.

Any advice as to how to deal with it? Would like to be able to walk but also I'm going on holiday in a week to Bangkok and Chang Rai- lots of walking and exploring planned. Now I'm terrified I won't manage! I'm going to start by walking more and trying to build up a tolerance.

P.s I went on holiday only 3 weeks ago, we did stuff like Warner brothers world etc which involved walking ALL DAY I was absolutely fine! But my belly had popped in the last two weeks.
