Hello,

I’m 14 weeks and a very nervous mum as I have had 4 miscarriages previously 😢 the first trimester has been tough.

Ive had an increase in thick white discharge so have had a swab taken to check. Doctor think its thrush but results won’t be back until next week.

I’m about taking the canestan pessary so just wanted to check it’s definitely ok? Thanks x

Hey, I'm 8w and currently using one pessary a night for 7 nights as prescribed by the doctor. They're totally fine (just not pleasant!). Hope it clears up quickly for you x

It's advised to insert them with your finger rather than the applicator when you are pregnant
