FTM here and very confused

the last 2 days I have been sick randomly then last night I thought labour was starting my tummy got so tight that I vomited a good number of times. I then took myself to bed but have toss and turned for 5 hours. I woke up and I still have light cramps.
is this early labour? Or is this normal? BH maybe?

I haven’t had my waters break or lost my mucus plug but just know I feel funny.

not really sure what this means.

@Redheadx When I went into labour with my first I had a bloody show about 4/5 hours before I felt contractions start. Tried to sleep through them as best as I could, but then felt the urge to empty my bowels, and labour progressed steadily. Didn’t have any vomiting etc beforehand or during. But everyone labours very differently. Could be your body is gearing up.

@Redheadx ps my waters didn’t break until I was actively pushing in the hospital. I was in labour for well over 14 hours before my waters broke :)

Thank you! For your reply!

I called the midwife she said I’m in early labour this could come on fast or slow!

@Redheadx Try doing some gentle walking (close to home) or some day climbing stairs and see if you can get labour going a bit. Good luck!!
