Hi all
Just wondering if anyone else's work uses BrightHR for logging absence etc? My line manager has recorded a sickness absence as "Sickness" with a note saying it was pregnancy related (after I flagged that it should be logged as such). However, it contributes to my total sickness absence record in BrightHR and I'm not sure it should.
Would be keen to know how others do it before I request they change this, as I'm unable to see what other options BrightHR has for this.
