Overactive immune system

Anyone diagnosed with overactive immune system, suspected as attacking embryos because they are seen as a foreign object, please let me know if you have any success with calming immunity without steroids. What worked?

not sure how helpful this will be as I don’t have all the facts but my cousin had this, had 2 rounds of IVF before having treatment to lower immune system, became pregnant on 3rd round IVf and then conceived second child naturally x
