my period is 2 weeks late and I took this test. It was initially negative, but this came up a few hours later. I’ve since had 3 more negatives. Is this an evap line?

Yes, that sounds like a false positive - if it came up after the 10mins or so they give you, it's not a valid result. All the other negatives should be believed since you are so far past your period due.
