Cyclizine

Just wanted some advice. I got prescribed cyclizine on Friday and saw positive effects quite quickly after taking it until Sunday morning. Sunday morning woke up with quite a stuffy head cold and since then gone back to being sick and it seems to be doing nothing. Just wanted to see if anyone else has had the experience of this and wait out till the cold goes or need to call gp again?

I found the effectiveness was very short lived :( but I’ve had severe sickness and now on ondansetron which I’ve found the most helpful x

Same happened to me. Get some sea bands from the chemist god send for me x

Cyclizine did nothing for me. I had to go back and was given stemetil, that didn’t do enough and third time lucky I got ondansetron which has kept me mostly without sickness (although not fully). I’m 33 weeks now and I’ve been on ondansetron since 10 weeks.

this tablet just made me extremely drowsy and I found I had to take it exactly every 6 hours or whatever the dosage was cant remember or id start feeling extremely unwell, but it didnt help 100% just took the edge off
