hi, I tested positive yesterday morning and today digital confirmed. I've had spotting on and off 3 days. Has anyone gone on to have successful pregnancy as scared it's not implantation if after bfp? The top strip test was also from this morning, not sure if looks slightly darker or not. Had 1 chemical before so really worried. I'd be 4 weeks tomorrow.

Plenty of people have had spotting and gone on to have a successful pregnancy, although with your faint tests alongside the light bleeding I would definitely just be a bit wary as it could definitely be a chemical sadly. I really hope it isn't for your sake, but there isn't much you can do in the meantime other than just wait it out and see what happens. If you still don't have any full on bleeding and still testing positive within a couple of weeks, I'd give your EPU a call x

I will have faint tests at the moment as only tested positive yesterday and I'm "due on period" tomorrow so still very early. Is a bit worrying tho yes. Thanks for advice xx

Do you have an update?

@Lilly99 yes I am now 12 weeks 4 days pregnant! it was a small nabothian cyst which is very common and sits in the cervix. Thankfully my bleed is nowhere near baby and I still have it which can cause spotting here are there in pregnancy. I've had it at 5 weeks, 6 weeks and 9 weeks and alls fine. X

@apple67cherry That's wonderful news 😁 Congratulations! I'm so glad all is well.
I'm currently 5 weeks 5 days pregnant, however the EPU unfortunately won't see me until after 6 weeks. I have had 3 previous miscarriages so I'm pretty stressed.
I tested positive at 3 weeks 1 day which I thought was quite early, but 2 days later I had a small pinky-red bleed, followed by 5 days of spotting, I guess I'll find out next week if this is a viable pregnancy or not when I can finally get a scan! X

Congratulations hun! I'm now 13+2 and went to see baby today and all is brilliant!
Sorry to hear about the spotting but with my experience (and I was very panicky about it as I've had a mc before) everything turned out fine and you never know it could be so minor. Only time will tell, keep positive I know it's easier said than done but could just be a hematoma or implantation taking a very long time which sonographer said to me was common!
