Giving birth at Queen Elizabeth Hospital in London

I am currently 16 weeks pregnant and I chose to give birth at Queen Elizabeth even if I live 10 minutes away from Darent Valley Hospital.
I tried to avoi Darent Valley Hospital because on different occasions (not pregnancy related) they ignored me and I just don’t trust them.
Did anyone else gave birth at Queen Elizabeth Hospital? How was it? I am just trying to get some feedback from other experiences.
Thank you!

I know people who have given birth there recently, they’ve invested a lot post pandemic in staff, such as midwives, and resources. I’ve heard there is lots of staff asking if you’re ok post labour. The birth centre is relatively new and very nice, I used it myself but that was in lockdown. I’m there for antenatal care at the moment and it’s well so far. People have said it’s completely different experience to 2020. Best wishes for your pregnancy.
