Hi everyone! This is my first post I’m looking for some reassurance 🙈 I am 13 weeks pregnant.. I’ve been spotting with constant pain since 5 weeks and I’ve had numerous scans. I recently had my 12 week scan and everything looked perfectly fine! I am still spotting and stillll in pain (tummy, lower back and kidney area).. I’ve has swabs, urine tests and everything comes back fine. There is also zero sign of bleeding on my scan and I’ve also had checks done with a speculum and was told no sign of bleeding and cervix looks good. Has anyone has spotting and pain through out their first and second trimester and everything be okay?
