Early Pregnancy - 4w4d - Who wants to join this journey for support?

Hi Ladies , I got a clear blue result on Sunday (Pregnant 1 - 2 weeks) 💛No symptoms whatsoever.

I am currently 4 weeks and 4 days pregnant. I am very anxious as I’ve had 2 chemical pregnancies this year (20th March 4W2D 💔and 26th April 5W3D 💔)

I phoned the midwives today and they want me to ring them back next Mon / Tues to register my pregnancy as it's too early.

Is anyone else 4 weeks pregnant or early pregnant that wants to go on the journey together for support?

Hey, I am 4 weeks today, found out at 9dpo when I was 3 weeks and 2 days! Still dont quite believe it and booked in for a private scan at 6/7 weeks to check viability etc :-)

Hey I’m technically 5 weeks 3 days based on my period but 4 weeks 2 days based on ovulation. It’s my first pregnancy but I’m incredibly anxious as it’s taken us nearly a year to conceive! I’m convinced it’s going to be taken away from me :( my boobs have been hurting but they’re hurting less today so obviously I’m convinced something is wrong!

Congratulations Ladies, I’m a little further along by my dates but a very very surprise shock pregnancy. Possibly around 6 weeks and have a private scan booked for tomorrow morning.

Already have 1 daughter who is 4 and a half. Thought my fertile days were well and truly over but had the shock of my life a few weeks ago!

History of recurrent miscarriage prior to my daughter. So I’ve been put on progesterone.
Not overly hopeful for the scan but one step at a time!

Hi, I have had my BFP this week after 15 months TTC and 2 miscarriages in the past year.

This is an IVF pregnancy and I will be 4 weeks on Friday so I am VERY early on but I couldn’t resist testing early. I am already desperate to get a scan to see that heartbeat and make sure it’s all okay.

How was your private scan? What do they see at 6 weeks? Iv booked one around 6 weeks aswel xx

Congratulations ladies! I'm 4 weeks 3 days, I agree this is worse than the TWW! My first is 5 and I don't remember this part 😅 I am desperate to know if everything is going okay in there! I'm feeling tired and a bit nauseous - I had this bad the first time so hoping it doesn't get worse but finding it comforting in a way as I had no symptoms at all until a few days ago.

I am really keen to book a scan - my partner thinks there's no point as we've said we'll get NIPT which includes a scan and is at 11 weeks but I just want to see! I was told only to go from 7 weeks as at 6 it can be hit and miss whether you can see anything? I had a scan at the EPU at 8 weeks and saw a heart beat which was amazing

@Xxfifixx89 thanks for asking. At 6 weeks they can measure the gestational sac to check the size and make sure it’s in the right place. Also should be able to see yolk sac and foetal pole. Heartbeat maybe?? But more like 6.5-7 weeks to be certain.

i didn’t get great news im afraid, i wasn’t overly optimistic but the had to do a transvaginal because they couldn’t see anything from on the Tummy.

The sack she found was smaller than my dates (more like 5.5 weeks) and it was empty. So It looked like another blighted ovum which I have had before. Sack and placenta still produce HCG so your body thinks it’s still pregnant but the foetus never develops.

I have to go back in 7 days so I have another scan booked for next Weds just to confirm and see what they say about next steps.

Hi ladies, 4weeks 2 days trying for baby number 1 and following a CP in March. I‘m having constant cramping on both sides. Feels like dull period pain but it’s been consistent no matter what position I’m in and following a warm bath which usually helps my period pain. Seeing that it’s fairly
common in early pregnancy due to stretching of the uterus but this early and constant for almost 24 hours? Also feeling nauseated with little relief for the last 24 hours too which also seems early..

Basically I’m a ball of anxiety over thinking everything 😅 I know everyone is different but has anyone else had a lot of cramping?

Oh I am so sorry to hear that, are you sure on your dates and maybe you were just too early? I remember with my daughter 14 years ago i had what they suspected was a blighted ovum but a week later and there she was. Xx

Hey, yes had constant belly ache and extra sore nipples. I too have struggled with feeling sick but I am away and it way to hot so thinking its thst and not pregnancy related. I am 4 weeks and 2 days going off my last period/peak LH. This is my 5th pregnancy and I had cramps with all, even with one I bled loads. Had 4 healthy babies so keeping everything crossed for number 5.

i have booked in for a priavte scan when il be 6 weeks and 2 days just to check viability.couldnt wait til 12 weeks with the NHS as im older now and more paranoid haha. Good luck and wishing you a healthy baby x

@Xxfifixx89 Glad to hear it can be typical to have a lot of cramping. I’m considering the early scan as well. I’ve been researching all morning because I couldn’t sleep 😅 but I am going to hold off booking for now and see how I feel in a few weeks.

Morning everyone. TBH I'm not sure how far I am as I MC in April then by some miracle fell pregnant again before I had another period. My app puts me at 5 +6 but 3 +6 from ovulation day.

We tried for over a year so when the MC happened I was devastated. This time I've tried not to think about it. But my pregnancy symptoms seemed to have dropped off similar time to last time and now I'm overthinking that it's all going to go wrong again.

I've been trying to conceive No.2 since September 22. I have one DD born April 2021.

I've had no period for the last 3 months ( or maybe a 1 day bleed) and then I randomly tested and I'm pregnant.

A digi tests puts me at 2-3 weeks, so with my 1 day bleed, im about 4 weeks and 2 days, but I can't be sure.

I'm so worried it won't stick as I've not been having periods and I don't know what my lining is like and I also have zero symptoms this time around 😟.

I'm currently 5 weeks and 5 days. I got a blood test on 1st July for booking on. I got a call yesterday to say I've got a scan on 17th June ... I think this is because of my previous losses. I'll be 7 weeks then.

@crazycatlady89 sorry to hear of your previous losses. How are you feeling this time?

I'm 5 weeks exactly today. Still have zero symptoms. I've been naughty and done another digi CB and its moved me on to 3+ weeks. I know these count for very little and are not always accurate, but it's given me some comfort that HCG levels are rising somewhat.

Counting down the days til my private scan at 7 +2 on Friday 21 June. Really hope it's good news and everything in the right place as I go abroad on holiday 5 days after the scan (booked before we knew we were expecting, otherwise wouldn't be going).

@AprilShowers2021 Thank you. I'm doing OK. I just find myself peeing more often (every hour)

Congratulations on your 3+ ❤I think it eases the anxiety a little and it gives you comfort that you are still pregnant. Good luck for your early scan.

I'm away on Thurs 13th until Sun 15th on a hen do in Spain. This has been booked for 12 months. I think it will do me good to put my feet up , relax and have a good laugh with the girls.

I am 4+5 today, also have no symptoms @AprilShowers2021 and was wondering whether to go get a digital in my lunchbreak just to see if it's moved me on to 3+ yet, but I know that is pretty pointless so maybe I should just use that money to buy myself a nice lunch instead, lol! In my MMC last year, HCG kept rising and test got darker so don't even know that seeing HCG rise will help calm me down.

Also, I last did pregnancy tests on Saturday - one strip one which was really dark and one digi that said 2-3. And then that got me worried that maybe my HCG was too high. Honestly, I can't win as I will stress myself out with any result!!

@AprilShowers2021 I think going abroad is probably a good thing, a nice distraction to get through these early weeks. I was actually thinking about booking a trip as getting through the next few months are going to be hard!!

I have my scan booked in for 6+5 on the 19th - feels a lifetime away! But seems a few of us have scans that week.

@AnnieStar12 I don't know why I did another digi. I really don't think they tell you much let alone if the pregnancy is really progressing. I guess I just felt it might help me.

I'm looking forward to the holiday, it will be a nice distraction, just hope it's not bad news before I go.

I've moved the scan forward to 18 June now, when I believe I'll be 6 +6. Although I've read that the scan could be inconclusive. I wouldn't have bothered with a scan but hate the thought of having a MC while away. At least I can be prepared.

I'm 17 weeks tomorrow , BABY GIRL cooking away nicely , feeling a few flutters at the moment. We had a scan 2 weeks ago (private) and it was amazing! I've got to go to Hospital today for a blood test as I'm Rhesus Negative O - They need to test baby blood. If positive I will need to have the anti D injections.

I'm 18 +3. We are going for a private scan today to find out the sex. Few flutters myself over the past few days.

So I've been told I've got a front facing placenta , So it's baby , placenta and then tummy - I won't feel kicks as strong as most women. I need to identity my pattern when she starts kicking xx
