Lightning crotch in anus?

I'm getting sharp shooting pains in my anus. I googled and one suggestion was lightening crotch.

Has anyone else had this?

Can you get lightning crotch as early as 21 weeks?

Can lightning crotch last over a couple of hours?

Could it be something else?

Have googled and does sound similar to what I'm getting! Has been on and off all evening. Really unpleasant.

Yep! I got that from around 8-12ish weeks. Very normal apparently! I’m 33 weeks now and haven’t had it for quite a few months. I think it’s everything stretching, very weird feeling though!

@Stardust127 I had around then too and it's come back with a vengeance now!

Ive never found a cure, You just have to ride it out and wait for it to pass. Occasionally wakes me in the night , you have my sympathy, it's really painful but soon goes away
