Missed a few days of prenatal vitamin… oops

I’m in the second trimester but vegetarian so probably don’t get 100% of every vitamin I need, every day.

I have forgotten to take my vitamins since Sunday, obviously it’s now Thursday!

Will it be fine? Before then I religiously took them every day from conception until 14 weeks, it’s since then that I have been a bit more slack.

It'll be fine! Baby's done most of it's development now and it'll just be growing and putting on fat in a few weeks. The early weeks are the most important

I’m sure you will. I didn’t find out I was pregnant until 12 weeks gone and I was drinking &? Smoking like a trooper with no consideration for good food or vitamins!!

I now have a strapping 6ft 14yr old with no issues 👍

Also, you’ll be surprised how many vitamins you actually do get just from the food you eat

I never took pregnancy vitamins. I did once buy a pack, took one look at the mahoosive tablets and gave it up as a bad job without even trying to force them down. Plus, first trimester, I was horrifically ill and barely ate or drank. Walkers ready salted crisps were all I could manage. Both kids are healthy and thriving.

Same as @FluffMagnet i felt so unwell that I couldn’t swallow the massive tablets! Eventually got some smaller ones from the midwife, think it was just vitamin D and something else. You’ll be fine.
