Hi. Did anyone have similar and knows what this is?

background: I am just starting my 7th week of pregnancy after ivf. After the transfer, I thought I had OHSS, as I gained about 4kg and was very swollen. Then I got my positive test, but the swelling gradually reduced and I am back to normal. I am still bloated and my ovaries are probably still enlarged(I guess because I feel painful when I twist) I am also on progresterone pessaries and I am still testing positive and have typical, although mild symptoms. Tiredness, nausea, short of breath, insomnia, sore boobs.

My main concern is that during the day I find it difficult to pee for a while. It is not painful, just the stream is very weak, so it takes ages. It seems to improve by night. Is it psychological or something dangerous?

Did this happen to you? Who should I contact if I should bother anyone? I haven't registered the pregnancy with the NHS yet, it will be done after the viability scan next week. (Hopefully)

Hey hun. I’m 32+1 today and for the last month or so I’ve had difficulty peeing fully unless it’s first thing in morning or at night. I’ve had uti tests etc all ok. It feels like I’m not fully emptying my bladder. Triage didn’t seem concerned but might be worth just calling your doctor to have a uti test - takes 2 mins to dip test and will put your mind at ease

I had that with both pregnancies however not until close to 12 weeks and my midwife said it was due to baby restricting my bladder. At 7 weeks I don't think baby would be big enough unless you're further along than you think or you have an eptopic pregnancy

How have you not registered the pregnancy but have a scan booked?
