IUD removal, sex with withdrawal

I have an appointment to remove my IUD, when booking the appointment they asked if we had sex (assuming they meant has my DH ejaculated within) and I said we hadn't.

But yesterday, as we were sexually active, he did penetrate me but then we moved onto other means.

Should I have mentioned that?

Possibly yes, theres a chance of premature ejaculation.

Not a full ejaculation but a small amount that can still get you pregnant
