Should I worry about Ectopic?

Hi guys, I’m 5 weeks today and clearblue digital changed from 2-3 to 3+ this morning right in line with my dates.

Im on progesterone because of previous miscarriages but so far I’ve only had mild period like cramps on and off, some days I get them some days i don’t.

Over the last few days I’ve had more aches and mild throbbing/pulsing sensation on my left hand side where my ovaries would be.
i also get the odd little stabbing pain (only very mild) which sometimes shoots down my leg too.

No pain anywhere else, no bleeding either.

Does anyone think this might be early signs of an ectopic? I have a 6 week scan booked in next Weds but I know with ectopic it’s best to catch it early.

With my etopic the pain was in my shoulder. None of the other symptoms you've mentioned but I'm not an expert.

As @Herwellnessmove says, it could and most probably is completely normal. The first few weeks can be a bit crampy as your uterus expands.
I understand that you are worried, especially with your history of miscarriages, I have very much been there myself. Please note that not all ectopic pregnancies are painful, mine wasn’t and I had no bleeding. It was only diagnosed as my HCG kept rising but no gestational sac was seen in my uterus, after a few scans it was found in my tube. Maybe if you call your Early Pregnancy Unit and tell them about your worries they’ll do an early scan? At 5 weeks and with a 3+ Clearblue Digital I believe they should be able to see where the pregnancy is located and it might put your worries at rest? My symtoms were very bad bloating, particularly after lying down and when the doctor pressed on my stomach, the ovary where the ectopic pregnancy was, was quite tender when pressed. Sounds like you are feeling implantation.
