Gut feeling / lack of symptoms

Hi Ladies, I’m 7 weeks 3 days pregnant and worried about lack of symptoms. I had really sore boobs during week 5&6 which seems to have calmed down now only sore during the night. I was more tired than usual last week for a few days, but other than that I am feeling normal. As of now alls I’ve got is slightly sore boobs at night.. I don’t feel pregnant what so ever I feel completely normal and have had a gut feeling something isn’t right since I got my BFP at 3 weeks 4 days. I think I should have more symptoms by now?

I’ve got a scan at the weekend where I should be 8 weeks. I’m so so anxious :(

I’ve had hardly anything and I’m 21+4 - all scans all fine just guess I’m lucky. The worst I’ve felt was last weekend when my heartburn was awful - ended up reluctant to eat or drink after 3 days - so been on Omeprozole since and now back to feeling fine again.

I had similar "gut feelings" at various points throughout pregnancy so far which I think were actually anxiety from lack of symptoms. I'm now 35 weeks pregnant, everything has been fine, and I've felt consistently "normal" and symptom free throughout (obviously now I have a bump but even that has caused me no actual issues). You've got a scan coming up, you're not bleeding or in pain so try to hold your nerve/distract yourself till then. There is unfortunately not much what you can do. Wishing you the best

I've had a gut feeling every day and I'm 21 weeks now... my first trimester symptoms varied a lot day by day, both this pregnancy and previous pregnancy which did end in MC. Unfortunately only the scan can tell, but the worrying is rubbish! Unless you've had bleeding and/or pain, there's no reason to assume everything isn't fine.

How did your scan go?
