Bleeding at 10 weeks

First time poster and hoping for positive responses! Pictures included

Just over 10 weeks pregnant and so far had a relatively easy time with minimal to no symptoms. Had an early scan at almost 8 weeks and they dated me slightly earlier but could see a heartbeat and he said everything looked ok.
Currently on holiday and have had slight blood when wiping, not every time and not enough to soak through underwear. Very mild cramps and trying not to panic too much as always been told that unless it is like a period and pain lasting a considerable amount of time it could be normal. As outside of the country can't go anywhere for reassurance so hoping someone can provide some here.
I have my 12 week scan on the 28th and the wait is so hard!

Hey, I had this at 9 weeks - I panicked and went for a scan but it was just a hematoma and it resolved itself https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/symptoms/23511-subchorionic-hematoma
I bled for a few days but never had any issues after that, hope this is all it is! :)

Thank you that's really helpful! Trying to remind myself that it's not as severe as what the professionals warn you to look out for :)

I'd take plenty of rest and try not to worry too much (impossible I know!) and get checked on return unless it worsens while you are away

As that’s fresh red blood you should be scanned to see what’s going on. Is there a hospital with a maternity unit where you are? if not then call your epu and get an appointment booked in for when you’re back. It could be normal and nothing to worry about or it might be something, and there’s lots of causes it could be, but also depending on what it is sometimes they can give progesterone if that may help so it is important to get seen asap.

I’ll also say that I’ve had this in all 3 of my pregnancies. It was fine in two of them and I have 2 DCs.

I would call up your local early pregnancy unit and say you have had red blood as any blood should be investigated.

I had a bleed and all was okay.
