19+2 and mucus plug?

I'm a bit worried as I've just had what looks like a mucus plug in my underwear and I'm only just past 19 weeks.
Is this something that I should be calling the midwife about or is it normal?
No pain or bleeding.

I can still feel little kicks and fluttering.

It probably ok but it's always a good thing to get checked out with the midwife they won't mind xx

Definitely contact your midwife, if it is your plug the infection risk skyrockets and at 19 weeks, I don't think your pregnancy is even considered viable yet

I lost my plug, though more likely it was big chunks of it rather than the full thing, 3-4 times in my first pregnancy. Usually after sex. It was no problem as it replenished itself, and there was no blood either (so not a bloody show).

Naturally, if you are concerned, contact your midwife.
