Stressing out big time !!!!!

Hi everyone! I have a 6 month old girl and found out tonight I’m pregnant again and slightly freaking out 😭😭😭 anyone got some advice ? Will everything be okay ?

Hiya! First of all, congratulations!! This is obviously, is a big shock to you. My first son was 1 when I was expecting his brother and I freaked out big time. Do you know what I'm not going to say It was easy every second of every day, but they're now 8 and 9 and they have the closest bond and I wouldn't change anything for the world. 🩵Just take some time to process it. Do you have someone you could talk too? Like a partner or family member?

I would definitely be freaking out too if this were me, I think that's a very natural reaction.
I think I'd cope by going into planning mode and thinking about the changes we'd need to make in life to accommodate another little person so soon after, impact on work, housing, finances and how to protect your mental health, what support you have around you etc.

I have great support, I have my husband and my mum , sis and my husband’s family. My mum said a few things that I’m worried about like how am I going to cope with 2 little ones and am I going to be able to give the same attention to both my kids :( I feel guilty that I am pregnant and going to take away that extra attention from my daughter
