Anyone have any knowledge / opinions on raspberry leaf tea capsules?

I've been seeing loads on tiktok on the tea itself...but I have HG and there's no chance it will be an option for me - but I've just seen they do it in capsule form! Do they have the same benefits that the tea does?

Anecdotal but I took loads 30-40 years ago. Three kids, first I remembered to take them religiously, labour 3.5 hrs start to finish induced with drip gas and air only. Second two not as good rembering to take them, 4 hrs and 6.5 hrs respectively no pain relief. They are alledged to tone the womb up to make it work more efficiently. I believe now they are not recommended until 7 mths pregnant, I was young and lacking knowledge with my first and took them much earlier 😳i was pretty nauseous with all and would not have been able to drink the tea, you have my sympathy .......but it'll be worth it😍

Raspberry leaf tea is only recommended from 32 weeks pregnant.
