I think I’m losing baby

im 5-6 weeks pregnant and had sudden onset bleeding today. Not a lot of cramping but lots bleeding. Has anyone had this and it hasn’t been a miscarriage? I’m worried sick but it’s too early for Early Pregnancy Unit to see me so I’ve been told just to retest in a week.

Sorry to hear that. The only consolation I can give you is that when I had my miscarriage a few months ago I had heavy cramping to begin with...it was unmistakable. Then came some light bleeding which eventually became very heavy bleeding a day or so later... I think the fact you have no cramping is a good sign. You do hear of others who bleed and the pregnancy progresses well. I hope you get good news

I had the exact same thing- even passed big clots. It turned out to be a subchorionic Hematoma rather than a MC.

Please look after yourself. It’s such a horrible wait but I have everything crossed for you x

Sorry to be at this. It may be implantation bleeding, or it may be a miscarriage, just remember the body sometimes doesn't work to text book (damn it!!) don't give up hope with this pregnancy, or later pregnancies because it can be a bit of a journey of heart ache and elation

still bleeding constantly and feel quite rundown at this point. I’m hoping it all settles soon- I’ve pretty much lost all hope of any sort of positive outcome now.

I had this for a few days at around 5 weeks or so, was a little worried as hadn't had it with first. It was brown and then pinkish blood.
It went on for at least a week and then after that nothing. Currently 10 weeks and all been fine so far.

I tested today and result was negative so has been a loss for us unfortunately. Absolutely devastated. Thanks so much for all the replies.

Sorry to read about your loss. Was this the first time you had been pregnant? Have you been able to talk about things with a medical professional?

Hi, I’m 6+5 weeks and just saw fresh bleed and I’m also having some mild cramping. It just started with cramping this afternoon, and then there was some blood when I used the bathroom.
