I can't stop snoring and it's driving DH nuts - any tips?

Ok, mildly embarassing.

I've always been a bit of a noisy sleeper, but the last couple of months (I'm currently seven months pg) I've been snoring loudly every night and DH is quietly going out of his mind.

It would be heartbreaking to have to sleep in separate rooms, but he's really missing out on sleep and it's making him extremely grumpy.

I've tried the nasal plasters and could definitely breathe more easily, but it didn't stop the snoring.

What remedies are safe for pregnancy? Has anything worked for you?

Please help!

poor you I am the same and found the nasal plaster made it better but did nto stop it. WE find if DH goes to sleep first he is ok as he is a heavy sleeper - but it does mean he has to go to bed super early like me.

don't think that really helps you

Got a couple of more things that might help!

My DH wears ear plugs...

And my mate who snores says that those memory pillows have helped him as keep his airwaves open

Hope that helps
