Early pregnancy bleeding ?

Just got my positive last night and positive digital today on clear blue 1-2 weeks it says
now I went to pee and there was stained blood on my pants and on wipe too , not bright red but more dark ish red. Is this a miscarriage?

That could be and looks like implantation bleed but obviously I’m not a professional hun. Maybe ring 111 x

Does implantation bleeding happen after a positive test ? I always thought before xx
