I'm due early August with my second and feel totally unprepared and have no time due to work and DD1. Does anyone have a checklist of essential things to get done before baby arrives or things they recommend to prepare for second?
Thank you

No checklist or recommendations really but don’t stress, second/third/forth/fifth they each slot into your daily routine surprisingly smoothly and relatively quickly, only advice i can give is to start teaching your DD1 a little patience so she doesn’t get frustrated when you’re feeding/changing nappies and can’t do something for her right away, i have just had my 5th she is 4 months old and my youngest son 8 is very autistic and non verbal so if he wants something he has to take you to it and show you but i obviously can’t just get up n follow while im bf so i started when i was pregnant asking him to wait till mummy was done with such n such, now when im bf and he wants something he will come over touch my hand and sit next to me waiting, he will keep touching/tapping my hand (almost like reminding me he still waiting lol) until i am finished n then he will grab my hand and pull me off to what he wants xx
