Help, is this a positive test?

Hey girls, back again lol 🤣.

So I did this test on my dinner, looked at it thought I saw a small line but forgot all about it. Came back after 2 hours and this is what it looked like, I'm sure it's not an evaporation line because these are usually very thin whereas this one is think and pigmented.

What's going off. Anyone had the same? X

I'd do a fresh test and check within the timeframe to be sure x
