Hi I'm 23 weeks +5 days. On Sunday morning I woke up with mild but apparent tummy ache and as the day progressed I began to feel worse and worse. By Sunday evening I had an upset stomach and a temperature with chills and body aches. The stomach ache also progressed and is now very painful above my bump, lasts a few minutes and then goes again. My stomachs not hard with the pain and I have felt plenty of movement from baby. The fever was gone by yesterday morning however the upset stomach and pain has continued. I'm drinking rehydration sachets and don't think I'm dehydrated but not sure whether to contact the doctor or the midwife if I don't feel better in the morning? The tummy pain is quite bad but I think it probably is just a stomach bug
