Hi guys 👋🏻

I’ve literally just hit the 12 week mark, and my nausea has totally disappeared.

I was nauseated yesterday, and now I’ve suddenly hit 12 weeks and felt fine most of the day.

Is this normal? It’s genuinely weird getting through a whole day without feeling like I’m gonna puke!

Any advice is appreciated!

Hi, yes this is very normal. My nausea disappeared at about 10 weeks in my first pregnancy and I remember feeling a little uneasy as it takes another few weeks to see a bump so you not sure what's going on. I'm on pregnancy number 2 now and I'm worried my nausea hasn't started.... can I ask at what state did your nausea begin?

Thank you for that ☺️
My morning sickness and nausea properly kicked off around the 8 week mark. I literally hit the start of week 8, and BAM!

It’s different for everyone though, so try not to worry too much. I’ve heard some people don’t get sick at all, a few people at work said they didn’t have any morning sickness (lucky them!). They seemed to take great joy in telling me this, when I was practically gagging at my desk.

Can you tell it’s my first pregnancy that’s got this far? There’s so much I don’t know.

Girl I am so so excited to hit this mark too!! I’m almost 8 weeks and before pregnancy I was a healthy 18 year old albeit a little underweight which is worrying since now I can barely walk for over 20 minutes without feeling very sick and when I eat anything and I mean anything for the first time in the day I feel sick upon swallowing. I’m concerned about how little I’m currently able to eat and my weight but people like you in your first pregnancy keep me going. Seeing I could possibly feel better by my 10th week removes any fears I had of sickness and is my support line right now. I’m so excited to be a mother with you in 2025!
