Second Pregnancy

Hi! Looking for some reassurance.

I have a little girl who is 2 but before this pregnancy I had two missed miscarriages that were only picked up at scans.

With the 2 miscarriages I had symptoms that were mild, however with my little girl I had terrible nausea and exhaustion from the very beginning.

I've recently found out I am pregnant again (around 5 weeks and 4 days) but apart from bloating, light stomach cramps, gas and tender breasts I feel completely fine. This worries me a lot.

Is anyone had a similar experience and had completely different symptoms?

I have an early scan booked but the wait is horrible!!

I’ve just had my second baby and my pregnancy was completely different to my first. With my first I had no symptoms whatsoever, I only found out I was pregnant because I was late. I was sick a grand total of 4 times and other than that felt fine.
With my second pregnancy I was spotting, completely exhausted, had cramping and tender breasts but no sickness. Both my children were born healthy!

I’m sorry for your previous losses, it’s bound to impact you and make you feel even more anxious about this pregnancy. Every pregnancy is different and the lack of symptoms or totally different symptoms is okay!

I had 8 losses and my only 2 viable full term pregnancies I had the least symptoms with and that included a set of twins - if it wasn't for the bump at 8 weeks I wouldn't have known I was pregnant with twins
