Water birth with sciatica and PGP?

Hi i have 5 weeks to go. But the sciatica and PGP is so bad i can't walk, my right leg gives away if i put weight on it...i now struggle to poo without severe pain and my leg going into spasm 😅

No treatment other then physio available..

If it hurts to even go loo, if i want a water birth will it be harder with these issues? In this circumstance should i give up on it and have an epidural?

I don't have a high pain tolerance and just thinking if i can't push to poo how would i push a baby 😅

Sorry for the tmi just getting very nervous and upset with the pain. i am counting down haha so hoping if anyone can give advice, on their experience or how to cope?

How did your birth go?

Not to plan at all 😅 they didn't believe i was in labour, so ended up with no pain killers at all and baby came out whilst the needle was in my spine to prepare the epidural and being told i couldn't move 😂

Painful 😂

I'm seeing/hearing more and more women just not being believed that they are in labour x-x
That's genuinely worrying, I'm so sorry you had to experience that OP!
Hope you're doing better now? :/ <3 Flowers

Yes thank you, i spent the whole experience confused and thinking i must be a complete wet blanket 😂 i was in tears with pain and was like gosh why can i not handle braxton hicks 😂 so was very surprised when there was a baby on the bed...as were they 😂
