So confused by test

what does a positive control window but negative test result window mean? Wondering if anyone else has had test come up like this.

I could be wrong OP. But I believe the second window line appears either way with a positive or negative result. I believe it shows you that the stick is not faulty if that makes sense x

It should explain on the instructions in the packet, but the pic of instructions I have attached looks like the same test?

This would mean the test is negative x

Only a + in the first window means positive, so the test is negative.

It’s negative but the dye bleed, possible from flooding the test, has affected the line in the control window.
