6 weeks, pink discharge and symptom loss

I think I'm between 6-7 weeks pregnant, had an early internal scan this week due to a previous ectopic preganancy and saw the heartbeat, and all looking ok.

This morning I've got lots of pink discharge and haven't felt queasy this morning, not really any symptoms but sore boobs.

Should I worry?

It can be totally normal. I had brown spotting and pinkish streaks at 6/7 weeks which was put down to part of the implantation process as there was no fresh red blood or cramping. At that time symptoms come and go a lot so I wouldn't worry too much if they disappear for a day or two.

If you're worried though it's definitely worth calling your maternity triage service for a chat. They can tell you what to look out for and what to do if any other concerning symptoms crop up.

The pink could be from the internal scan, and I wouldn't over think the symptoms as they can come and go in those early weeks. If no cramping/bright red blood then I would book a scan for 8/9 weeks (external) just to double check!

I'd had similar at 6 weeks, was all fine. Usually only a concern if bleeding gets heavy or you have painful cramps. I only started symptoms at about 7 weeks, and they fluctuated a lot.

I too had pink & brown spotting at 6-7 weeks that lasted for about 4 days. I had a scan at EPU due to a previous loss & showed a baby with heartbeat & no cause for the bleeding.
I was so so worried, but hopefully it’s a similar experience for you

It could just be off the scan but my pink discharge and a reduction in symptoms which didn’t return did result in MC. I also had an early scan following ectopic and saw a HB.
I didn’t have any bleeding for weeks and when I did it was the tinest amount. No pain either.

it’s much more likely that all is fine, try not to think the worst, I’m sure your symptoms will return x
