Normal to feel nauseous and shivery/cold in the first trimester?

I don’t recall being cold ever - just super warm. But I’m so so cold at the moment I literally can’t cope with going out even with a huge coat on!

I felt really cold in first trimester, but it was January to March this year. Had a hot water bottle with me all the time! I think partly because I was very inactive and wasn’t eating enough

Yep i was cold with my daughter, always boiling hot with my son.

I remember those days! I just looked generally unwell - which helped to cover up and avoid tasks that were too physical. I told friends that I had flu/tummy bug so couldn't drink

Once over the first trimester, things got improved a lot. So hold on there and just try to keep warm with plenty of rest/sleep (when you still can!)

Congratulations!

By the way, mine was a boy. So not necessarily indicating which way it goes...
