Discharge in pregnancy

I am around 7 weeks pregnant and I have been finding that I have quite a lot of discharge. I keep thinking I'm starting my period and running to the loo to check
It's just normal colour, doesn't smell or itch or anything. Is this normal? And how long will this last for?!
Thanks!

Hi Ladybird - check out this link www.mumsnet.com/Talk/2290/502770?stamp=080331220704 which is the antenatal thread for all of us due in Nov 08. You will find here that a lot of us have discharge, brown, blood etc. It is normal during pregnancy to have more clear vaginal discharge - check out www.babycenter.com/0_vaginal-discharge-during-pregnancy_270.bc for more info! Pop over to the Nov 08 thread - you'll be most welcome. It's a very busy thread, lots going on and lots of advice and support! See you there!

Thanks!
The link was very helpful and I'll take a look at the antenatal thread, I'm not at all sure of my dates yet, just waiting for a scan and things to be sorted out!

Congrats Ladybird! I had loads and loads of discharge all through my pg with DD, it is quite normal as all bodily fluids increase during pregnancy!

Hey, congratulations on the impending arrival! I'm 20 weeks and noticed an increase in discharge from quite early on in my pregnancy. It seems to be getting worse as the weeks pass, which is a bit of a pain. But anyway I've heard it's quite common.
Take care
xx
