Isthmocele, c-section scar, niche

Greeting! Have any of you had this problem and successfully conceived naturally? I have one kid, 10yo, by c-sec. My husband and I went for treatment for infertility two years ago, two isthmoceles were found on my caesarean section, one doctor said that this was not the reason for infertility, another said that I was not for hysteroscopy because of the risk of uterine perforation, the third said that i have to get hysteroscopy. In the meantime, my husband gave up ivf and we started to conceive naturally. I got pregnant naturally after two years but had a miscarriage. I don't know what to do, to go get a fourth opinion. Would I have gotten pregnant sooner if I had gone for a hysteroscopy? Age is not in our favor, I am 39, my husband is 50.
I would like your experiences, good or bad.
Finally, little is known about it in our country, while there are so many posts about it on forums from other countries, most of them recommend surgery.

I’ve got this and mine is incredibly thin at 3mm and so I’m trying to find a consultant to repair it as I’m terrified y uterus will rupture during pregnancy.

It’s not proving easy and seems incredibly costly so trying to decide if we definitely want a second child or not!

Hello @CountryGirl189 and @Anxiousleah did either of you find a surgeon for your repair? Did you do hysteroscopy / laparoscopic repairs? I am in London and had a c section scar ectopic and I am awaiting for this to resolve so professor Jurcovic can review my scar for the size of the defect. I hope you’re doing well

I had a niche in my scar. I only found out because I fell pregnant and it was a scar ectopic pregnancy. This was repaired when I had surgery to remove the pregnancy.
