Ante-Natal Yoga in East/SE London

Afternoon Ladies

I've just passed my 14th week and have now accepted there's a baby in there....and think i need to prepare myself for what's to come!

Does anyone know of any yoga classes in east/south east London, I work in Southwark and live in the Royal Docks/Canning Town area. Don't mind a bit of travel but ideally somewhere en route between the 2?

...but also look through the Birthlight website, as yogimum suggested, (I was just looking through it too, and there are some very interesting classes in this area).

Sitaram yoga is v good: they do classes in Brixton and at St Thomas' and King's and maybe other places. I loved their classes.

I was looking at the lotusbaby website - £12 a session

Shame because it's about ten minutes away from where i'll be living soon
