Implantation bleeding?

just wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar..

we have been ttc, I didn’t track my ovulation this month but I believe it happened from anywhere from the 5th to the 9th… we had sex last night (not for baby making reasons I know it’s too late in my cycle) and after I noticed some pink bloody discharge? I thought my period was here but woken up and nothing , im
not due for another 6 days.. could this be implantation? Slightly concerned as I’ve never ever bled after sex and wondering if this should be anything to worry about. Anyone experienced anything similar?

You could possibly be pregnant and sex has irritated the lining of your cervix!? Apparently the tissue is extra sensitive and more vascular in pregnancy and so more easily irritated causing bleeding. Or like you said, implantation bleeding. Always best speaking ti your GP though, if just to put your mind at rest when worried.

Thank you for your reply! I just found it very odd. I’m having period like cramps today so maybe it’s just because I’m near my period. Who knows! Flo app says I’m due in 3 days time but then is saying wait 6 days for a pregnancy test :s

I had this before and it just turned out to be ectropion. It's where some of the cervix has additional tissue growing on it and it bleeds occasionally.
But hoping for more positive news for you!!

I’ve never ever bled after sex so im
hoping it’s pregnancy related. Very out the norm for me

Could be! I had a tiny bit of pinky brown discharge and some minor cramps as you describe....

Fingers crossed for you! I had that in my first trimester after sex.

Ignore when the flo app tells you to test, I tested on the day my period was due out of curiosity and got a strong positive straight away. Flo was saying I shouldn’t test for another few days.

Yeh I woke up and there was a small bit of brown coloured discharge mixed in. But then I’m thinking it’s maybe just because of the sex as it’s a bit of coincidence that I have sex then bleed :/

im Doubting it because it happened after sex :/ I took a test today and it was negative

Must just add it was literally two wipes then gone. Guess I’m just holding onto hope

This! I’ve done this before and triggered an early period but this was just two wipes then morning of like pink early period blood. Hate symptom spotting but so hard not to

It was about 5 years ago now so hard to remember but I'm sure I was only about 7dpo and I would've tested early so maybe 3-5 days later. If it's implantation it'll take a bit of time to show on a test
