18 weeks carrying low - any tips on moving baby up?

I called the maternity assessment centre last night as I've been feeling such pressure in my vagina and pelvis. They checked my cervix which is high but when they listened to his heartbeat, he's still super low down. The pressure is so uncomfortable and making me feel like I need a wee non-stop. Has anybody else had this and does anybody have any tips on getting him to move a little higher just to alleviate the discomfort?

It’s perfectly normal, your uterus is still small and very low in your pelvis. As your uterus grows to accommodate baby’s growth baby will move up.

Baby is meant to be low they only move up as they grow nowhere for them to go that early on your uterus has to grow with the baby

It just got worse for me….needing to wee all the time, pressure, then shooting pains in my pelvis. Just keep getting checked and maybe visit a women’s physio if it gets really bad.

I'm 31 weeks and baby has been low the whole time sorry if that doesn't help! She's just stretched further up now as she's grown but I still get pressure on my bladder and movement very low down, lower than I thought possible tbh! Midwife hasn't been concerned, I'm only 5ft 1 so guess all available space is needed!
