Period Cramps 4 days after period! Could I be pregnant?

Hello, I've been trying to conceive for around 6 months now.
I've had a period that was 4 days late and very painful, I had normal period bleeding for 3 day and a light flow on the fourth then 4 days later, I have those insane period like cramps and I'm losing my mind, can I be pregnant? Any similar experiences?

Did you take a test? Sounds like possibly a chemical pregnancy (very early miscarriage).

I decided that I'll take one in the morning but I'm freaking out rn, it has never happened to me 😢

hi@NdigoChild, i hope you are well and howd it go if you took a test? im feeling odd and af ended yesterday but i wiped today and saw bloody ewcm, which is unusual for me, im also constipated, crampy and bloated, slighlty nauseous...I know u can spot a few days after period but ive not experienced this before.

Hi @carsty , I've taken the test this morning and it's negative but I still have the pain and I'm very tired too so I scheduled to visit my doctor tomorrow 😢
Btw, ive started taking inositol like 6 weeks ago so I dunno if it has an affect, I've never experienced such terrible pains before with period or after 😢
