High blood pressure before pregnancy. How many weeks gestation before delivery?

Currently 15 weeks. On labetalol 100mg 3 tabs a day and asprin 2 75mg tabs a day. The last check bp was 115/81
I am due 2/10 and am looking at day trips for the summer but am hesitant to book anything just in case. I am also thinking about when to take mat leave. I work in a school and was planning to go back in Sept for 3 weeks ......
Has anyone else had pre-existing hbp? How many weeks gestation were you when you delivered?

If BP is well controlled then I expect they will try and get you as close to term as possible. You'll have a consultant appointment at some point and they will be able to give you a better idea. Your midwife should be able to tell you what your local hospital guidelines are too if you contact her. I've just googled and the hospital guideline at Milton Keynes is to aim for 38-39 weeks.
