Lots of you talk about buying arnica for after baby is born for your lady garden!

I was planning on using tea-tree oil in the bath and shower for a while after but wonder if I should use arnica instead/as well as on my sanitary towels too?

My MW recommended witchhazel to use on towels post birth. As for arnica i couldnt tell you about that

I took arnica in tablet form, think it helped but then I took it every time so dont know what it would be like without iyswim!

With ds2 I also used witchazel on towels and in bath after mn recommendation, did seem to help.

Arnica in tablet form - take for a week pre-birth (best guess!), during labour, and for a few days afterwards. Helps to stop bruising and pain.

Lavender oil in bath afterwards is nice.
