With my first pregnancy I healed very well and aside from the exhaustion I felt like a bus had hit me 😂 I wondered this time round whether there’s any hints or advice people could offer (aside from rest up) to help aid recovery and feel better a bit quicker.
I suppose I’m thinking any specific vitamins, teas, food types to focus on? Any products that you would recommend that helped you or is it really just as simple as rest up, hydrate and let the hormones try and even out?
