Sharp pain left side

I am 4 weeks 3 days pregnant and have noticed cramps on and off for a while now. However, today I have a sharp, pinching pain coming from my left side where my ovary is. This pain has been constant for about an hour now, just wondering if this is normal?

Keep monitoring it, and write down which side and for how long for. If it persists in one side or gets worse call your hospitals early pregnancy unit.
Pinching, stretching and cramps are all normal and it could just be wind but one sided pain should always be checked out to rule out ectopic.

Could be ectopic, but I also get this pain when I am constipated (sorry TMI). I would get this checked out if you don't have the second.

Definitely not the second, could this just be niggling implantation pains? I’m so early and highly unlikely anything would show on a scan yet to rule out an ectopic

They can monitor your hcg if they think it’s too early to scan.

yes as said, pinching stretching cramping all normal in EP too.

if it persists call the hospital for advice.

Currently it’s feeling like ovulation pain along with period cramps which are central. Completely manageable, will keep an eye to see if the pain progresses

It seems to have all come to a stop now
