Movements at 20 weeks

I am currently 20 weeks + 6 days with twins. I have felt movements from my babies since approx 16 weeks. In the last two weeks they have become daily and usually occur after I eat or more frequent in the evening time when I am relaxing sat on the bed. I am slightly worried though as the last couple of days I don’t feel like there have been as many movements or that they have been less vigourous than they were in the previous days. Should I have an established pattern/strength of movement this early or should I not worry about that til about 28 weeks? Most grateful for any and all advice.

I wouldn’t worry this early.

I was having several days of no movements as late as 27 weeks. Babies are still small enough that you don’t always feel movements. If you are worried you can always call, but they often won’t do anything until 28 weeks
