Hashimotos in early pregnancy

Hello. I’ve just found out I am pregnant and was diagnosed with hashimotos in January. Positive TPO antibodies and a TSH of 9.1. Since then, I have been prescribed 50mcg of levothyroxine and my TSH is now 2.35. I am getting hold of the doctors but am fully aware some doctors are more knowledgeable in this area than others so I’d like to go in with as much knowledge as possible. Will antibodies affect the pregnancy? And what will the levothyroxine need to be upped to? Thank you!
