Complan Milkshake or alternative?

Is there a pregnancy milkshake I can take safely? I am surprised there isn’t one aimed for pregnant women. Is complan safe?

I am 7 weeks and I have literally gone off all food. Everything I do eat at night, I throw back up. I’m tired so so tired.

I am however, really thirsty and happily drink. Therefore I thought a vitamin milkshake might be better for me right now whilst my appetite comes back?

Complain contains vitamin A so I would not use personally.
I'm just blending up frozen fruit, Greek yoghurt and milk in a blender, I can add a bit of spinach without noticing the taste and they are pretty delicious.

I think this one of those things you need to speak to a doctor or midwife about. They might prescribe you anti-emetics or even have prescribed meal replacements that are ok for pregnancy. I’m not sure anything just off the shelf would be safe for pregnancy.

I was on a combination of Actimel's and Complan for a good 2 months or thereabouts, Midwife didn't say anything about it when I mentioned it at first appointment so I assume it was fine.
She just said anything you can keep down was better than nothing
