Not sure if pregnant again, does breastfeeding effect test results?

My dd is nearly 9 months old. And I have recently had pregnancy symptoms again. I have done a few pregnancy tests all with negative results.

Has any one found that while breast feeding they have had real pregnancy symptoms(feeling sick all the time, headaches upset stomach, very sensitive to smells and feeling drained) and not been pregnant?

I'm wondering if this could have anything to do with dd draining me while breastfeeding or my period returning (as this has not happened yet).

Any ideas welcome

It could be your period going to start soon, maybe - I recall feeling like this for a month or so before mine came back. I always get that feeling when I'm due on.

oTOH, it might mean you're low in iron - might be worth getting a blood test or taking Spatone.

Really hope it is one of those two. I have had a blood test done so just waiting for the results.

But feeling very anxious as I am feeling sick most of the day which is how I was when pregnant. And anything I smell makes me feel sick including chocolate (which is not like me).

Yes, I felt like this and did numerous PG tests-all -ive. My DD2 stopped BF sadly at 9 months and my periods returned.
