Braxton hicks - 31 weeks

Is this normal or be getting them this early? Second pregnancy and had them in my last pregnancy but not this early. No pattern and come and go so not worried about labour, same as midwife but some are really uncomfortable!

Yes, I’m 30 weeks (5th baby) and have been getting them for a while, just getting more frequent in the last week (4/5 yesterday). Not worried yet as not painful. I am just assuming that my body is getting ready for the big day.

They can happen anytime after 20 weeks, I've had them on and off since about 25 weeks thankfully not painful just uncomfortable tightenings.
