Gender prediction help!

Hi all, I had my 12 week scan today.. and I was wondering if you can see the gender by this picture because I don’t want anyone to know the gender but I am planning to show the picture to reveal my pregnancy to my parents! I can’t really seem to understand if it’s a boy or girl by the nub or skull theory! Can anyone help? Can you see it? xx
